Effects of Imperialism

In my opinion, effects imperialism had in these countries were causing disagreement, and causing war, and gaining independence. Countries were being dragged to accept western ideas and this started all of the rebellion. Which caused the war…in the end this had caused independence. This caused 90 countries to emerge during this time period, which is a great effect of the imperialism.

I learned that from 1941-1960 was when alot of the previously colonized countries became independent. I also learned that alot of countries gained thier independence duringrecent times like around 1980. Ifelt that America was way younger but i realized some countries have only been independent for a few decades. We also learned more than half of asia gained thier independence prior to 1800.
